The U.S. government, unbeknownst to the Matrix-bound masses (brainwashed in public schools and libtard universities), is a PRIVATE, glorified Al Capone-type Protection Racket -- and one of its nefarious activities includes asset seizures. It uses unconstitutional "structuring" laws as an excuse to steal money from those with the audacity to do business in cash. And by the way, the $10,000 cash limit has not been increased since its inception half a century ago. If this figure were adjusted for inflation, as it should have been, the cash limit subject to structuring laws would now be about $100,000. The government goons have, of course, a vested interest in maintaining the $10,000 limit, because the lower the limit, the greater is their opportunity to steal your money on "structuring" technicalities. Thanks to the RICO Act (which allows them to keep a big chunk of the bounty), federal agencies have great incentive to rip off anybody and everybody they can.

The federal âstructuringâ laws are smurfinâ ridiculous ... It seems appropriate that the crime of structuring is also sometimes called smurfing. Generally speaking, structuring is the act of breaking up financial transactions ... |
